Route 07 / intake

Plot the Indonesia system before choosing its architecture.

The first brief can be concise, but it should identify the operating nodes and dependencies that change technical scope, schedule, evidence, and risk.

NODE 01

Users and outcome

Provide legal organisation, user and team cities/time zones, current system, desired outcome, Bahasa Indonesia or other language owner, devices, connection needs, deadline, budget, decision owner, and acceptance owner.

  • State what must remain unchanged
  • Identify regulated activity
  • Name the actual service locations
NODE 02

Data and licensing questions

List data, sensitive records, roles, vendors, hosting, AI use, retention, transfers, security, incident needs, and known PDP, PSE, OSS, or sector adviser decisions.

  • Do not send credentials
  • Flag uncertainty explicitly
  • Assign a human owner
NODE 03

Transactions and delivery

Describe IDR/payment provider, merchant entity, tax owner, integrations, environments, access, backups, release window, acceptance evidence, maintenance, and support needs.

  • Provider eligibility is a gate
  • Zone labels are mandatory
  • No release without rollback

US-based, asynchronous, evidence-led

Connect the Indonesia nodes without hiding who owns each decision.
